Ingredients
Hansaplast Sensitive XL and XXL dressings are sterile dressings designed to protect larger or post-operative wounds.
The breathable and especially skin-friendly material adheres securely, but is painless to remove. The extra-large wound contact layer protects the wound without adhering to it and provides added comfort while wearing the dressing.

Directions for Use: 1. Clean the wound thoroughly and gently dry the surrounding skin. 2. Remove the protective paper from the dressing. 3. Apply the dressing without stretching it, ensuring the wound pad covers the entire wound area. 4. Smooth down the edges of the dressing to ensure a secure hold.
Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing daily or more frequently if necessary, such as when the dressing becomes wet or soiled.
Additional Tips: For optimal wound healing, keep the wound clean and dry.
Do not reuse dressings.
If the wound shows signs of infection (e.g., increased pain, redness, swelling, or pus), consult a healthcare professional.
