Smooth and secure: Gently smooth the dressing onto the skin, ensuring it adheres properly and lies flat. 4. Adjust as needed: The dressing is flexible and can be adjusted to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. 5. Remove the backing: If there is a second protective layer, remove it to fully expose the adhesive side of the dressing.
Recommended Frequency: Change the dressing daily or as needed, especially if it becomes wet or soiled. For optimal blister prevention, apply the dressing before chafing starts. You can continue to use the dressings as long as chafing persists.
Additional Tips: 1. Proper footwear: Ensure your shoes fit correctly and avoid wearing shoes that are too tight or rub against your skin. 2. Moisture management: Keep your feet dry to minimize friction and the risk of chafing. Consider using moisture-wicking socks. 3.
