Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin thoroughly. 2. Remove the protective backing from the plaster. 3. Apply the plaster without stretching, ensuring the adhesive border adheres firmly to the skin around the wound. 4. Smooth down the plaster to avoid creases. 5. For larger wounds or areas requiring extra protection, overlap multiple plasters if necessary.
Recommended Frequency: Change the plaster daily, or more often if it becomes wet or dirty. If the wound shows signs of infection, consult a healthcare professional.
Additional Tips: For optimal wound healing, keep the wound clean and covered. Do not reuse plasters. Store in a cool, dry place. Hansaplast Aqua Protect XXL plasters are suitable for use on medium to large wounds and after minor surgical procedures. They are waterproof, allowing for washing, bathing, showering, and swimming. The waterproof film helps reduce the risk of infection.
