Directions for Use:


1. Cleanse the wound: Thoroughly clean the wound area with a suitable antiseptic solution and gently pat dry.
2. Prepare the dressing: Carefully peel open the sterile packaging and remove the Cosmopor Entry Adhesive Dressing, avoiding touching the adhesive surface.
3. Apply the dressing: Center the dressing over the wound, ensuring the wound pad completely covers the affected area. Gently smooth down the adhesive edges to secure the dressing in place.
4. Smooth out air bubbles: Gently press on the dressing, working from the center outwards, to remove any air bubbles and ensure good contact with the skin.


Recommended Frequency:


Change the dressing as needed, typically once a day or as directed by a healthcare professional. More frequent changes may be necessary for heavily exudating wounds. Inspect the wound regularly for signs of infection.
