Directions for Use:


1. Clean and dry the wound area thoroughly. 2. Cut a piece of Hypafix slightly larger than the wound dressing. 3. Remove the protective backing from Hypafix. 4. Apply Hypafix over the dressing, ensuring it adheres firmly to the surrounding skin. 5. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles to ensure a secure seal. 6. If necessary, overlap multiple pieces of Hypafix to cover larger areas, ensuring a slight overlap between pieces.


Recommended Frequency:


Change Hypafix as needed, typically when the dressing needs changing or if the adhesive becomes loose or soiled. This can vary depending on the wound type and individual needs, but generally, it should be changed every 1-3 days or as directed by a healthcare professional.


Additional Tips:


1. For hairy areas, carefully trim the hair around the wound before applying Hypafix to improve adhesion and reduce discomfort upon removal. 2. Avoid stretching Hypafix tightly during application, as this can cause skin irritation or restrict blood flow. 3. If redness, itching, or any other signs of irritation occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 4. Store Hypafix in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 5. Do not reuse Hypafix.
