Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly around the wound or area where the dressing needs to be secured. 2. Cut the Hypafix sheet to the desired size, ensuring it's large enough to extend beyond the edges of the dressing. 3. Peel back a portion of the split liner and apply the exposed adhesive side of Hypafix to the skin. 4. Gradually remove the remaining liner while smoothing the sheet onto the skin, ensuring there are no wrinkles or air bubbles. 5. Firmly press the edges of Hypafix onto the skin to ensure a secure bond. 6. Apply the dressing over the Hypafix sheet, ensuring it is fully covered and secured.


Recommended Frequency: Hypafix can be left in place for several days, depending on the specific dressing being used and the clinical condition. Change Hypafix when the dressing is changed or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not reuse Hypafix.


Additional Tips: 1. For hairy areas, clipping the hair may improve adhesion. Do not shave the area. 2. Avoid stretching Hypafix excessively during application, as this can reduce its effectiveness. 3. If the skin becomes irritated, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 4. Store Hypafix in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 5. Ensure hands are clean before handling Hypafix. 6. Hypafix is not intended for use on infected wounds or heavily exudating wounds without the guidance of a healthcare professional.
