Instructions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Inspect the needle for any damage or defects. Do not use if damaged.
3. Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab and allow it to dry completely.
4. Attach the needle to your insulin pen according to the pen's instructions.
5. Prime the pen to remove any air bubbles, following the pen manufacturer's instructions.
6. Select your prescribed dose on the insulin pen.
7. Pinch up a fold of skin at the injection site.
8. Insert the needle at a 90-degree angle (straight in).
9. Push the injection button on the pen until the dose is fully delivered.
10. Hold the needle in place for a few seconds after injection.
11. Remove the needle and safely dispose of it in a sharps container.
12. Do not reuse needles.

1. Rotate injection sites to avoid lipohypertrophy (thickening of the skin).
