Instructions for Use:


1. This product is intended for intra-articular injection by a qualified healthcare professional only. Do not attempt self-injection.
2. The injection site should be properly cleaned and disinfected prior to administration.
3. Using aseptic technique, insert the needle into the affected joint. 4. Slowly inject the entire contents of the Suplasyn Prefilled Syringe into the synovial space.
5. After injection, apply a sterile dressing to the injection site. 6. Dispose of the used syringe properly in a sharps container.


Recommended Frequency:


The recommended dosage regimen for Suplasyn is one injection into the affected joint. Consult with your healthcare professional to determine the appropriate treatment schedule for your specific condition. Multiple injections may be required depending on the severity of osteoarthritis.


Additional Advice:


1. Inform your healthcare professional of any known allergies or medical conditions before receiving treatment. 2. Avoid strenuous activities or excessive weight-bearing on the treated joint for 24-48 hours after injection.
3. Ice application may help to reduce any post-injection discomfort or swelling.
4. If you experience any unusual pain, swelling, redness, or other adverse reactions, contact your healthcare professional immediately. 5. Store Suplasyn Prefilled Syringes at room temperature and protect from light.
6. Do not use if the syringe is damaged or the solution appears cloudy or discolored. 7. This product is intended for single use only. Do not reuse.

Warnings: This product is intended for intra-articular injection and should only be administered by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use if there is a known hypersensitivity to sodium hyaluronate or any of the excipients. The product should not be injected into infected joints or if there is an active skin infection or disease in the area of the injection site. Use with caution in patients with venous or lymphatic stasis in the leg. Local reactions such as pain, swelling, warmth, and redness may occur at the injection site. These reactions are usually transient. Do not inject intravascularly. The safety and efficacy of SUPLASYN in pregnant or lactating women, or in children, have not been established. The syringe is for single use only; do not re-sterilize or reuse. Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged.
