3. Carefully cut the tape to the desired length. 4. Gently apply the tape to the skin, ensuring it adheres smoothly and without wrinkles. 5. Press lightly on the tape to secure it in place. Avoid excessive stretching of the tape during application. 6. To remove, gently peel back one edge of the tape and slowly pull it away from the skin. If any adhesive residue remains, gently clean the area with a mild soap and water.
Recommended Frequency: Change the 3M Hypoaler Silicone Esparadrap as needed, typically every 1-3 days, or more frequently if it becomes soiled, wet, or loses its adhesiveness. Monitor the skin under the tape regularly for any signs of irritation.
Additional Tips: For sensitive skin, test a small area first to ensure no adverse reaction occurs. Avoid applying the tape too tightly, as this can restrict circulation. Store the 3M Hypoaler Silicone Esparadrap in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If redness, swelling, or irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Warnings: Do not apply directly to open wounds, infected areas, or broken skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs.
