Directions for Use: 1. Dispense a small amount of Podosan Tired Legs Cold Gel onto your hands. 2. Gently massage the gel onto your legs, ankles, and feet, using upward strokes from your feet towards your knees. 3. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed into the skin. 4. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.


Recommended Frequency: Apply Podosan Tired Legs Cold Gel as needed, whenever you experience discomfort or tiredness in your legs and feet. For optimal results, use daily, especially after prolonged standing or physical activity.


Additional Tips: For a more intense cooling sensation, store the gel in the refrigerator before use.
