Carefully place your foot inside the sock, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 4. Gently pull the sock up over your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or creases as you go. 5. The sock should fit snugly but not be too tight. Ensure the toe and heel areas are comfortable and not constricting. 6. Avoid rolling or bunching the sock, as this can restrict blood flow.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, wear the Jobst Sock Brown T/P daily. You may wear them throughout the day, especially during periods of prolonged standing or sitting. Consult with your doctor or healthcare professional for personalized recommendations based on your individual needs.
Additional Tips:
