The sock should fit snugly but not be too tight. Ensure the top band is not rolled or folded. 6. Avoid pulling or tugging on the sock excessively, as this can damage the fabric and affect compression.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, wear the Jobst Sock Blue T/M daily. You can wear them throughout the day, especially during periods of prolonged standing or sitting. Consult with your physician or healthcare provider for personalized recommendations regarding wear time.
