Directions for Use: 1. Apply a generous amount of Farline Fridol Cold Gel to the affected areas of the legs and feet. 2. Gently massage the gel into the skin using upward strokes from the ankles towards the knees. 3. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed. 4. Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
Recommended Frequency: Apply twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening, or as needed for relief.
