Directions for Use: 1. Dispense a small amount of Sawes Fito Cold Moisturizing Gel onto your palm. 2. Gently massage the gel onto your legs, focusing on areas that feel heavy or tired. 3. Apply upward strokes from your ankles towards your thighs to promote circulation. 4. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed into the skin.

Recommended Frequency: Apply the gel daily, preferably after showering or bathing, or as needed after prolonged standing, walking, or physical activity.

Additional Tips: 1. For a more intense cooling sensation, store the gel in the refrigerator before use. 2. For optimal results, elevate your legs for 15-20 minutes after applying the gel. 3.
