Generously spray the oil onto all areas of the skin exposed to the sun. Be sure to hold the bottle a few inches away from your skin for even distribution.
Gently massage the oil into your skin until it is fully absorbed. Pay special attention to areas that are often missed, such as the ears, back of the neck, and tops of your feet.
Reapply every two hours, or more frequently if you are swimming, sweating, or towel-drying. Even on cloudy days, sun protection is important.
For best results, apply the oil 20-30 minutes before sun exposure to allow it to fully absorb into the skin. Avoid contact with eyes.
