How to use: 1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply a sufficient amount of Botánicapharma Essential Professional Cleansing Shampoo to your scalp and hair.

4. Leave the shampoo on for 3-5 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work.
5. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until all traces of shampoo are removed.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for a more thorough cleansing, if necessary.
Recommended frequency: For regular cleansing and prevention of lice and nits, use 2-3 times per week. For active infestations, use daily until the infestation is cleared, then continue using 2-3 times per week for preventative measures.
