Directions for Use:
1. Wash and condition hair thoroughly. 2. Towel dry hair until damp, not soaking wet. 3. Carefully detangle hair using a regular comb or brush to remove any knots or tangles. 4. Starting at the scalp, slowly and firmly draw the Denuvi Anti-Lice Comb through small sections of hair, from root to tip. 5. After each stroke, wipe the comb on a white paper towel or cloth to check for lice and nits. 6. Rinse the comb thoroughly under hot running water or wipe with an alcohol-soaked wipe between strokes. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for all sections of the hair. 8. Continue combing daily until no lice or nits are found for several consecutive days.
Recommended Frequency:
Use the Denuvi Anti-Lice Comb daily for at least 7-10 days after the initial treatment, even if no live lice are seen. This will help ensure the removal of any newly hatched nits and prevent reinfestation. For preventative measures, use the comb once a week.
Additional Tips:
For best results: Use the comb in conjunction with a lice treatment shampoo and/or conditioner as directed. Bright lighting is essential for effective nit removal. Consider using a magnifying glass to help identify and remove even the smallest nits. Clean the comb thoroughly after each use by rinsing with hot water and wiping with an alcohol-soaked wipe. If you have long or thick hair, divide it into smaller, more manageable sections for easier combing. Pay close attention to areas behind the ears and at the nape of the neck, as these are common hiding places for lice.
