This flash bulb contains a high concentration of active vitamin C (pure 5.5%), which has multiple effects:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Repave pure rosehip oil 15ml apply a generous amount of the product to the face or body area to be treated and massage until absorbed.
Repave Vitamin C blister flash effect 1.5ml: Apply in the morning or evening on clean and dry skin on face and neck with a gentle massage to facilitate absorption. The contents of each vial should be applied immediately after opening.
