Ingredients
2-in-1 eye makeup remover balm, a unique high-tolerance formula, with a pleasant melting balm texture that provides comprehensive eye and eyelash care:
Its formulation has active vegetable emollients and gentle cleansing agents that gently remove makeup.
Talika's legendary Lipocils plant complex combines Witch Hazel, Apple, Nettle, Horse Chestnut and St. John's Wort to achieve longer and stronger eyelashes, with darker pigmentation and greater curvature.
Belle de Nuit Extract and Caffeine are responsible for regenerating the skin around the eyes while Castor Oil, Shea Butter and Cocoa provide intense nutrition.
How to use Talika Lipocils Eye Makeup Remover:
Use the spatula to place a small amount of the balm on your fingertips, warm it and gently massage it over your eyes to dissolve the makeup. Remove the excess with a cotton ball moistened with warm water.
