Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well to mix the two phases. 2. Apply a small amount of the product to a cotton pad. 3. Gently press the saturated cotton pad onto closed eyelids for a few seconds to dissolve makeup. 4. Gently wipe the eye area from the inner corner outwards, avoiding any harsh rubbing. 5.
