How to use: 1. Ensure your legs are clean and dry before application. 2. Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel. 3. Carefully insert your foot into the stocking, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 4. Gradually pull the stocking up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or creases. 5. Adjust the stocking so it sits comfortably and evenly distributed, avoiding excessive pressure or constriction. 6. Repeat the process for the other leg.


Recommended frequency: Daily wear is recommended for optimal results. You may wear the Viadol Normal Panty Black S/EXTRA throughout the day, removing them before bedtime.


Additional tips: 1. Consult with your doctor or healthcare professional if you have any underlying medical conditions affecting your legs or circulation. 2. Avoid wearing the stockings if you have open wounds or skin infections. 3. To prolong the life of your stockings, hand wash them gently with mild soap and lukewarm water.
