How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold the Naturcup: There are several folding methods (C-fold, punch-down fold, 7-fold). Experiment to find the one that works best for you.
3. Insert the folded cup into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. It should sit lower than a tampon.
4. Once inside, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal against the vaginal walls. You may feel a slight pop or suction.
5. Check the seal: Run a finger around the base of the cup to make sure it's fully open and not folded.
6. Removal: Wash your hands thoroughly. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal and pull it out. Empty the contents into the toilet.
7. Clean the cup: Rinse the cup thoroughly with water and a mild, unscented soap. You can also sterilize it by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes between periods.


Recommended frequency: Empty the Naturcup every 4-12 hours, depending on your flow. Size 0 is designed for lighter flows, so you may be able to wear it for longer periods. Do not leave the cup in for more than 12 hours.


Additional tips: Trim the stem: If the stem is uncomfortable, you can trim it slightly, but be careful not to cut too much. Lubrication: If you experience difficulty inserting or removing the cup, using a water-based lubricant can help. Practice makes perfect: It may take a few cycles to get used to using a menstrual cup. Be patient and don't be discouraged if you don't get it right away.
