How to Use:
1. Wash your hands: Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water before handling the Naturcup.
2. Fold the cup: Fold the Naturcup into a C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold. Experiment to find the fold that works best for you.
3. Insertion: Relax your pelvic floor muscles. Hold the folded cup firmly and gently insert it into your vagina, aiming towards your tailbone. The cup should sit completely inside your vagina, below your cervix.
4. Check the seal: Once inserted, rotate the cup slightly or run a finger around the base to ensure it has fully opened and created a seal. You should not feel the cup once it is in place.
5. Removal: Wash your hands. Relax your pelvic floor muscles. Locate the stem of the cup and gently pull it downwards until you can reach the base. Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal and carefully remove it.
6. Emptying and cleaning: Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet. Rinse the cup thoroughly with clean water and wash with a mild, unscented soap. Ensure the air holes are clear.
