Directions for Use: 1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before opening the individual pad wrapper. 2. Remove the pad from its packaging, being careful not to tear the pad. 3. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the pad. 4. Position the pad centrally within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down and adheres securely to the fabric. 5. Smooth the pad gently to ensure full contact with your underwear. 6. Dispose of the used wrapper hygienically.


Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, typically when it feels damp or full. This will vary depending on individual needs and the level of incontinence. It is generally recommended to change pads regularly, at least every 4-6 hours, to maintain hygiene and prevent skin irritation.
