Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using a tampon. 2. Unwrap the tampon and pull the smaller tube slightly away from the larger tube until it clicks into place, extending the applicator. 3. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 4. Push the smaller tube completely into the larger tube, pushing the tampon out of the applicator and into the vagina. 5. Carefully remove the applicator and wrap it in toilet paper before discarding it in a bin. Do not flush the applicator down the toilet.
6. If you feel any resistance or discomfort during insertion, stop and try again with a new tampon.
Recommended Frequency:
Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. Using the lowest absorbency needed for your flow is recommended.
Additional Tips:
