How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Fold the Enna Easy Cup: Choose a folding method (C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold).
3. Insert the cup: Gently insert the folded cup into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone. The cup should fully open inside.
4. Check the seal: Rotate the cup slightly or run a finger around the base to ensure it has opened and created a seal.
5. Wear for up to 12 hours: The Enna Easy Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow.
6. Removal: Wash your hands. Locate the stem of the cup. Gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal and pull it out.
7. Empty and rinse: Empty the contents into the toilet. Rinse the cup thoroughly with clean water.
8. Sterilize: Use the provided sterilizer to sterilize the cup in the microwave according to the instructions included with the sterilizer.
9. Store: Once dry, store the clean cup in the provided case until your next period.


Recommended frequency: Empty and rinse the Enna Easy Cup every 8-12 hours, or more frequently if needed. Sterilize the cup before and after each menstrual cycle.


Additional tips: Practice makes perfect: It may take a few tries to get comfortable inserting and removing the cup. Be patient and try different folding methods.
