ENNA CYCLE 2 CUPS + APPLICATOR S SIZE includes a frosted finish that contains micro air spaces to reduce friction and help glide through the vagina. In addition, there is a slit in the side of the cup to break the vacuum and two more balls (6 in total) are included for easy pulling.
How do I use the product?
It is recommended to place the cup on the applicator in the free fold area, insert the applicator up to the mark where the fingers are placed, insert everything so that the cup is well positioned and remove the applicator carefully so that the cup opens inside and is positioned properly.

How to use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Choose your preferred folding method for the Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup. Common folds include the C-fold, punch-down fold, or 7-fold.
3. Place the folded cup onto the applicator in the designated area.
4. Relax your pelvic floor muscles.
5. Gently insert the applicator into your vagina up to the finger grip markings.
6. Push the plunger of the applicator to release the cup inside.
7. Carefully remove the applicator.
8. Rotate the cup slightly or run a finger around the rim to ensure it has fully opened and created a seal.
9. You should not feel the cup once it is inserted correctly.
Recommended frequency:
