How to Use: 1. Unfold the TENA Men Absorbent Protector. 2. Remove the adhesive strip backing. 3. Place the protector inside your underwear, ensuring the narrow end points towards the back and the wider, cup-shaped end faces forward. 4. Press firmly to secure the protector in place. 5. Adjust as needed for a comfortable and secure fit. 6. Dispose of the used protector responsibly in a waste bin; do not flush.
