Directions for Use: 1. Remove the individual pad from its protective wrapper. 2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the pad. 3. Position the pad centrally within your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down. 4. Smooth the pad against your underwear to secure it in place. 5. Adjust as needed for a comfortable and secure fit.


Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, depending on your individual needs and level of incontinence. It is generally recommended to change pads every 4-6 hours, or when they feel full or damp. Do not flush used pads down the toilet. Wrap them discreetly and dispose of them in a sanitary bin.
