TENA Discreet Normal Night incontinence pads are longer and wider at the back for maximum security when lying down. They are suitable for light to moderate urine leakage, especially at night. Directions for Use: 1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip from the wings. 3. Position the pad in your underwear, ensuring the longer, wider end is towards the back for nighttime use. 4. Smooth the wings around the gusset of your underwear to secure the pad in place. 5. Adjust as needed for a comfortable and secure fit.

Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, especially when it feels wet or uncomfortable. Generally, this is recommended every 4-8 hours, or more frequently depending on individual needs. Do not attempt to reuse the pad.

Additional Tips: For optimal comfort and dryness, choose the right absorbency level for your needs. TENA Discreet Normal Night is designed for light to moderate urine leakage, particularly during the night. For heavier leakage, consider a higher absorbency product. Ensure a snug fit to prevent leaks and maintain comfort. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Dispose of used pads in a hygienic manner. Do not flush used pads down the toilet.
