Directions for Use: 1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 2. Unfold the pad and peel off the release paper from the adhesive strip. 3. Position the pad in your underwear, ensuring the wider back part is positioned towards the rear. 4. Smooth the adhesive strip onto your underwear to secure the pad in place. 5. Adjust the pad as needed for a comfortable and secure fit.


Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, typically when it feels wet or full. This will vary depending on your individual needs and level of incontinence. Do not attempt to reuse the pad.


Additional Tips: For optimal nighttime protection, use TENA Discreet Maxi Night in conjunction with breathable underwear. For skin health, avoid using lotions or powders directly on the area where the pad will be placed. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
