Wear the SAFORELLE Ultra Absorbent Short Black Size M just like regular pantyhose. 3. Position the absorbent area correctly for maximum comfort and protection. 4. After use, rinse the pantyhose with cold water. 5. Machine wash at 30°C (86°F). 6. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. 7. Tumble dry low or air dry. 8. Do not iron.
