Here's how to use this aromatherapy blend to promote relaxation and sleep: Before each use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the essential oils are well mixed.
Apply a few drops (typically 4-6) to the inside of your wrists, on the soles of your feet, or on a tissue placed near your pillow. You can also use a diffuser designed for essential oils, adding the recommended amount of drops as per the diffuser's instructions.
Gently massage the oil into your skin if applying topically. Take slow, deep breaths to inhale the aroma, focusing on relaxation.
It's best to use this product about 15-30 minutes before bedtime to allow the calming effects to take hold.
