Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. With clean hands, gently roll the earplug between your thumb and forefinger to compress it into a narrow cylinder. 3. Reach over your head with your opposite hand and pull your ear upward and slightly outward. 4. Carefully insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, pushing it in just far enough to create a comfortable and effective seal. Do not push too deeply. 5. Hold the earplug in place for a few seconds while it expands to fill the ear canal. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other ear. 7. To remove, gently grasp the stem of the earplug and slowly pull it outwards. Do not twist or yank.
Recommended Frequency: These earplugs can be used as needed whenever noise reduction is desired. They are suitable for extended wear, but it is recommended to take breaks periodically to allow your ears to "breathe."
