Directions for Use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Roll one earplug between your clean fingers to soften and shape it into a cylinder. 3. Gently pull your outer ear up and back to straighten your ear canal. 4. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal, pressing gently until it forms a comfortable seal. Do not push the earplug too deep. 5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the other ear. 6. To remove, gently twist and pull the earplug out of your ear canal.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed to protect against noise. These earplugs are single-use and should be discarded after each use.
Additional Tips: For optimal noise reduction: Ensure a proper seal by gently pressing the earplug into the ear canal. If the earplugs do not provide adequate noise reduction, remove and try again. Do not reuse earplugs. For hygiene: Always wash your hands before handling earplugs. Store unused earplugs in a clean, dry place. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
