Directions for use: 1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly. 2. Dispense a small amount of Martiderm Intensive Hand Cream onto your palm. 3. Gently massage the cream into your hands, paying particular attention to dry, rough, or cracked areas. 4. Continue massaging until the cream is fully absorbed. 5. Can also be applied to other dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles, and heels.
Recommended frequency: Apply morning and night for optimal results.
Additional tips: For extremely dry or damaged hands, apply a generous layer of cream before bed and wear cotton gloves overnight to enhance absorption and hydration.
