Preventing calluses is hard enough, but removing them is not so hard. This file has a silicon carbide abrasive that easily removes calluses from the feet. To use it, prepare the skin with a bath of soapy water and rub the area to be treated with the file continuously until the skin is fine and smooth.

Directions for Use: 1. Soak your feet in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin. 2. Remove your feet from the water and pat them dry with a towel. 3. Gently rub the Schurz Callus and Hardness File over the callused areas using back-and-forth motions. 4. Apply light pressure and continue filing until the callus is reduced and the skin feels smooth. 5. Rinse your feet with clean water and pat dry. 6. Apply a moisturizing cream or lotion to your feet to hydrate the skin.


Recommended Frequency: Use the Schurz Callus and Hardness File as needed, typically 1-2 times per week, or as directed by a podiatrist. Avoid over-filing, which can irritate the skin.


Additional Tips: For best results, use the file on clean, dry skin. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. If you experience any pain or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. After each use, rinse the file with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before storing. Replacing the file regularly will ensure optimal performance.
