How to use: 1. Soak your feet or elbows in warm water for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin. 2. Wet the Salveped Anti Hardness Stone. 3. Gently rub the stone over the hardened skin using circular or back-and-forth motions. 4. Apply light pressure; do not scrub too hard. 5. Rinse the area and the stone with clean water. 6. Pat your skin dry with a towel.
Recommended frequency: Use 2-3 times per week, or as needed, to maintain soft and smooth skin.
Additional tips: 1. For best results, use after showering or bathing. 2. Apply a moisturizing cream or lotion after each use to hydrate the skin. 3. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. 4. Allow the stone to air dry completely after each use. 5. Replace the stone when it becomes worn or smooth.
