Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C. 3. Pour the water into a clean bowl or bottle. 4. Add 5-6 level tablespoons (approximately 25-30g) of Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals to the water. 5. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until you obtain a smooth, lump-free consistency. 6. Allow to cool down to a suitable temperature before feeding to your baby. 7. Always check the temperature before feeding. 8. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reuse.
Recommended frequency: Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals can be introduced as part of a varied and balanced diet, typically starting around 6 months of age, or as advised by your pediatrician. It can be offered once or twice a day, gradually increasing the amount as your baby grows and their appetite increases. Always consult with your healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Additional tips: For younger babies, you can prepare a more liquid consistency by adding more water. As your baby gets older and develops their chewing skills, you can gradually decrease the amount of water to achieve a thicker porridge. Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals can be mixed with breast milk or formula instead of water, if preferred. You can also add pureed fruits or vegetables to the porridge to enhance the flavour and nutritional value.
