In any balanced diet cereals are a key food, and from 4-6 months, cereals are the start of complementary feeding, according to the indications of health professionals. Children cereals with full grain, provide all the nutritional richness of the cereal. Unlike refined grains, these whole grains have a higher content of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing baby's food. 2. In a clean bowl, pour the desired amount of warm (not boiling) milk or water, as indicated by your healthcare professional. 3. Gradually add the Nestlé Porridge, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 4. Check the temperature before feeding to your baby. It should be lukewarm. 5. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reheat or reuse.


Recommended frequency: As part of a balanced diet, this porridge can be introduced from 6 months onwards, following the advice of your healthcare professional. Start with a small amount and gradually increase the portion as your baby grows and their appetite increases. Typically, one serving per day is sufficient.


Additional tips: Always consult with your pediatrician or healthcare professional before introducing new foods to your baby's diet. This cereal is designed for babies from 6 months and should not be given to younger infants. Ensure proper hygiene during preparation. Use a clean bowl and spoon. Never use a microwave to heat the porridge, as this can create hot spots. This product is a source of gluten. Pay attention to any signs of allergies or intolerances. Store in a cool, dry place.
