Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the porridge. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C (lukewarm). 3. Pour the desired amount of lukewarm water into a clean bowl. 4. Gradually add 25g of Gerber 8-Cereal Porridge (approximately 4-5 tablespoons) to the water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 5. Check the consistency and add more cereal or water if needed to achieve the desired texture. 6. Let the porridge cool down to a safe temperature before feeding to your baby. Always check the temperature on your wrist before serving. 7. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reuse.
Recommended Frequency: Start with a small amount and gradually increase the portion as your baby gets used to the cereal. This porridge can be offered once or twice a day as part of a balanced diet, along with breast milk or formula.
