Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the cereal. 2. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately 50°C (122°F). 3. In a clean bowl, pour the desired amount of cooled boiled water, breast milk, or formula. 4. Gradually add Damira Multicereales to the liquid, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
5. Adjust the amount of cereal to achieve the desired consistency. Start with a thinner consistency and gradually thicken as your baby gets used to solids. 6. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding it to your baby. It should be lukewarm. 7. Discard any leftover porridge.
Recommended frequency: Start by offering Damira Multicereales once a day and gradually increase the frequency as your baby's appetite grows and as advised by your healthcare professional. This cereal is suitable as part of a varied weaning diet.
