Untested by seems genuine. I was ordered on behalf of a friend who is overseas and who's wife had had a premature baby and this was the product advised by his (private) hospital, but they could not supply and out of stock locally.

Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula. 2. Sterilize all feeding equipment (bottles, teats, etc.) according to the manufacturer's instructions. 3. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 40°C (104°F). 4. Consult the feeding table on the product packaging to determine the correct amount of water for your baby's age and weight. 5. Pour the required amount of cooled, boiled water into the sterilized bottle. 6. Using the scoop provided, add the correct number of leveled scoops of Almirón Prematuros powder to the water. Do not press the powder into the scoop. 7. Close the bottle securely and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. 8. Check the temperature of the formula on your wrist before feeding. It should feel lukewarm. 9. Discard any leftover formula after feeding.
