How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the breast pads. 2. Open the individual wrapper of the Avent Breastfeeding Absorbent Pad. 3. Peel off the adhesive strip(s) on the back of the pad. 4. Place the pad inside your bra cup, ensuring the absorbent side is against your skin and the adhesive strip secures it to the bra. 5. Position the pad to cover the nipple area and any areas prone to leakage. 6. Ensure the pad is smooth and comfortable under your clothing.
Recommended Frequency: Change the breast pads as often as needed to maintain dryness and comfort. It is recommended to change pads every 3-4 hours, or more frequently if they become saturated. Using a fresh pad after each feeding is also advisable. Discard the used pads properly.
Additional Tips: For optimal hygiene, consider using a new pad after showering or bathing. Avoid using creams or lotions on your nipples before applying the breast pads, as this may reduce their absorbency. Store the breast pads in a cool, dry place.
