Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the nipple shields.
2. Clean and sterilize the nipple shields before each use. Follow the sterilization instructions provided with your sterilizer.
3. Invert the nipple shield slightly and place it over your nipple, ensuring a good seal. The triangular shape should fit comfortably against your breast.
