It features 2 x interconnecting rings; a cooling ring that can be chilled in the fridge to provide a gentle massage for sore gums and a firmer ring that intensively massages your child's gums. Directions for Use: 1. Wash the NUK Cooling Teething Ring thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use and after each subsequent use. 2. For a cooling effect, place the cooling ring portion (the softer, water-filled ring) in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Do not freeze the teething ring.
3. Once chilled, offer the teething ring to your baby to chew on. The cooled ring will soothe sore gums, while the firmer ring provides additional texture for chewing and gum massage. 4. Supervise your baby at all times while using the teething ring.


Recommended Frequency: Offer the teething ring to your baby as needed to soothe teething discomfort. The cooling effect will last for a period of time, after which the ring can be re-chilled.


Additional Tips: 1. Never boil or sterilize the cooling ring in a steam sterilizer as this may damage it. 2. Inspect the teething ring regularly for signs of wear or damage. Discard and replace if necessary. 3. This teething ring is designed for babies aged 3-12 months. Do not use outside of this age range. 4. If your baby experiences excessive drooling or other unusual symptoms, consult your pediatrician.
