The MAM Easy Start 160 ml bottle is suitable for babies from newborn onwards and has an anti-colic system.
Its teat is perfect for breast milk and formula milk: ideal for newborns and for mixed breastfeeding.

How do I sterilise my bottle?

The Anti-Colic bottle is self-sterilising in 3 simple steps and so does not need further sterilisation.

Instructions for use:


1. Wash all bottle parts thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use and after each subsequent use. 2. Rinse all parts with clean water. 3. For self-sterilisation: Fill the base with 20ml of water.
4. Place the teat and sealing disc into the bottle neck. 5. Screw the base onto the bottle. 6. Microwave for 3 minutes at 500-1000 Watts.
7. Allow to cool before handling. 8. To assemble for feeding, invert the teat and place it into the bottle neck. Ensure a secure fit. 9. Fill the bottle with desired amount of breast milk or formula. 10. Screw on the cap, ensuring it is tight but not over-tightened.

Additional tips:


Always inspect the teat before each use and replace at the first sign of wear or damage.
The self-sterilisation function is convenient for quick sterilisation, but traditional sterilisation methods (boiling, steam sterilising) can also be used.
For combination feeding, ensure the teat flow rate is suitable for your baby's needs.
Allow the bottle to cool completely before feeding your baby.
Never leave a baby unattended while feeding.
Always discard any leftover milk after feeding.
Clean the bottle and all its parts thoroughly after each use to maintain hygiene.
Check the temperature of the milk before feeding to ensure it is not too hot.

Ingredients: Polypropylene, Silicone WARNINGS: Inspect bottle and teat before each use and pull the teat in all directions. Throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness. Do not leave a teat in direct sunlight or heat, or leave in sterilising solution for longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat. Continuous and prolonged sucking of fluids can cause tooth decay. Always check food temperature before feeding. Never use a feeding teat as a soother. Keep all components not in use out of the reach of children. Adult supervision required.
