Directions for Use: 1. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Vigorously swish 15ml (20ml if using the dosing cup provided with some packs) of Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash around your mouth for 30 seconds.
2. Do not swallow the rinse.
3. Spit out after rinsing.
4. Use twice daily after brushing with Sensodyne toothpaste for best results.


Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily after brushing with Sensodyne toothpaste.


Additional Tips: 1. For optimal sensitivity relief, use Sensodyne Cool Mint Mouthwash consistently twice a day after brushing. 2. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing with the mouthwash. 3. If sensitivity persists, consult your dentist. 4. Keep out of reach of children. 5. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. 6. This mouthwash is not intended for children under 12 years of age unless directed by a dental professional. 7. Using a dosing cup can help ensure the correct amount of mouthwash is used each time.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Saccharin, Xanthan Gum, Cetylpyridinium Chloride, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Benzoate, Poloxamer 407, Zinc Chloride, Benzoic Acid, CI 42090. WARNINGS: If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Stop use and ask a dentist if gingivitis, bleeding, or redness persists for more than two weeks. Do not use this product for children under 12 years of age unless directed by a dentist or doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal consumption. Sensitivity may be a sign of a serious problem that requires care by a dentist. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
