Directions: 1. After shampooing with Philip B Icelandic Blonde Shampoo, gently squeeze excess water from hair. 2. Apply a generous amount of Philip B Icelandic Blonde Conditioner to hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. 3. Gently comb through to ensure even distribution. 4.
