This is a really interesting vanilla. It's not your typical gourmand vanilla. The salt note is very prominent, especially at first, making it perfect for warmer weather, even the beach! It settles down to a softer, slightly sweet vanilla after a couple of hours. I think it would be gorgeous in the late summer into early fall.
